APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION, and
NO-SHOW POLICY
Notice to avoid billing:
In order to provide guests our best service, OVATIONS works exclusively by verified referral and appointment only: therefore, any appointment changes, including rescheduling or cancellations must be done a minimum of 24 hours prior to your already scheduled appointment or it will be considered a no-show. This robs OVATIONS of limited time and money, and is unfair to other guests who were desperate for the space you reserved. The cost of a single no-show is 100% of the services booked.
At Ovations, guests enjoy a more restful spa-like experience with spa music, scalp massage, and no drama . . . therefore:
• Always arrive a few minutes early.
• Late arrivals may be considered no-shows.
• No children permitted in salon area. Children are permitted in outside waiting area as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
• Turn off cellphones and electronics.
• No solicitations.
